In order to keep Tiny Town Vaughan as germ-free as possible we ask both kids and adults to wear socks or slippers. Outdoor foot-ware is not permitted past the Coat Room. We do offer socks for sale if you happen to have forgotten to bring a pair.
During our Drop-in-and-play days, each adult is $4.50 per visit.

We host field trips for daycare centres (ages 18 months and up) up to Grade Two. Montessori Schools, Full Day Kindergarten and Grade One are the most popular age groups. We also offer all of our program options to Home-schoolers and facilities that specialize in children with special needs.
We have 3 programs to choose from (Play, Play Plus and Play Platinum). Descriptions are available at the top of the page. Any program can be chosen, but trips with more than 60 students will automatically book for the Platinum Program. This allows us to divide students into smaller groups between free play in the Town and the craft room. Our facilitator will also give a short ‘Rule and Safety’ talk when the children arrive and let them know how the structure of the morning will go.
Yes, we do. Tiny Town Vaughan provides a unique experience where children feel like they are here to have fun, all while teachers know their students are learning key curriculum. Our craft component in the Play Platinum Program links specific curriculum ‘expectations’ as set out by the Ontario Ministry of Education, to specific grade levels and subjects. The craft activity is chosen by the classroom teacher.
To secure a booking, please submit a booking request button at the “Field-Trip” page. It will ask for 3 possible dates. Availability will be on a first-come basis. A $100 deposit and confirmation of receipt will secure the trip. The quickest way to book is to pay the deposit by credit card. If a date you have requested has been booked, we will contact you by email with an update on availability or an alternate date.
At the time of booking, we ask for an approximate number of children. Final numbers can be changed up to ONE WEEK before the trip date. An updated invoice will be emailed. If a student cannot attend on the day of the trip, we will issue a RETURN PLAY PASS, so that they can come back for a free-play visit. We do not update the invoice the day of the trip.
Yes. We encourage children to bring a peanut-free snack and/or lunch and a water bottle with them. We have dedicated lunchrooms that the students and staff will use during the trip. We do have a café with beverages, snacks and light lunch options for adults. If you would like us to provide lunch or snacks for your trip, please ask our Trip Coordinator for details and we would be happy to do so!
Younger siblings are allowed with the permission of the school/facility that is hosting the trip. A Tiny Town Vaughan waiver will need to be filled out for the sibling and payment can be made at reception.
Yes, we are. In order to maintain a top level of cleanliness in our facility, we ask all guests (children and adults) to leave all outdoor shoes in our Coat Room. Children must be in socks and adults can be in socks or our complimentary flip-flops. Our flooring has a special non-slip coating, so children are safest in sock feet. Strollers are not permitted beyond the Coat Room.
No. The balance of the payment for the trip must be made upon arrival. We do not invoice and receive payment after the trip date. We cannot make exceptions, so please do not book knowing that your facility will not be able to make payment on the day of the trip. We accept school cheques, cash, credit card or debit payments. If payment is not made a late fee of $50 will be added to your invoice.
