Tiny Soul Movers is a playful and engaging class designed to nurture little minds and bodies through movement, dance, mindfulness, and creative expression. Each class encourages children to build confidence, explore emotions, and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment.

Mama & Me Soul Movers is a heartwarming parent-and-child class designed to nurture connection through movement, mindfulness, music, and playful bonding activities. Together, moms and little ones will dance, move, connect, and create meaningful shared moments in a fun and supportive environment.
