What is an appropriate age for Tiny Town Vaughan?
Although the Town is mostly designed for infants and children up to nine years old, because of the different themes our rooms have, sometimes even older children seem to enjoy playing here. There is no age limit. Each of the buildings in the Town is full height so even adults can go in to play and enjoy!
Can I bring my own food?
Tiny Town Vaughan’s cafe offers a variety of hot or cold beverages and a wide range of food and desserts. Outside food and beverages with the exception of water bottles are not permitted.
Can I bring a stroller inside?
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow strollers within the Town play area. There is room in the Coat Room to leave your stroller.
Who has to wear socks?
In order to keep Tiny Town Vaughan as germ-free as possible we ask both kids and adults to wear socks or slippers. Outdoor foot-ware is not permitted past the Coat Room. We do offer socks for sale if you happen to have forgotten to bring a pair.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Tiny Town Vaughan accepts all major credit cards, debit and e-transfers for party bookings.
Can we put extra decorations for our party?
All of our hassle-free party packages include everything you will need for your party. We have a full range of balloon decor that you can order from us. You may bring in your own décor or event specialist but the following items are NOT permitted: pinatas, confetti, popcorn, sticky candy & gum. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE ANYTHING ON THE WALLS. You may tape banners on the tables and countertops. If tape is used on the walls a $25 damage/clean up fee will be applied.
When do I have to have the details of my party finalized?
All food, party themes and balloon orders must be finalized at least 1 week prior to your event. We do have TVs (USB access for slide-shows) and independent music systems in each room. Please be sure to provide us with the party confirmation details at least 3 days prior to your party if you would like us to have those services available to you.
Up to what age range is the per child party fee applicable?
All kids over 12 months of age will be counted toward the limit of kids in the party package. There is an additional charge for each child and adult over the party capacity limit.
Do I have to pay for the Birthday Child?
The birthday child and his/her siblings of 12 months and over will be counted toward the limit of kids per party package.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable to a new date if the cancellation is made 3 weeks prior to your booked event. If less than 3 weeks is given, half of the deposit will be transferable to a new date. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the party the full deposit will be lost. Parties can be rescheduled for a later date (up to 2 months of the original date).
Do I have to supervise my children?
Yes, Tiny Town Vaughan is an unsupervised play facility. A parent or guardian must accompany the child at all times. We encourage care-givers participation during a great time of imagining!
Can my kids stay after the party and continue to play?
No, unfortunately host and guests must leave the facility after the party is over. In order to adhere to the fire safety procedure norms, we limit the number of people in Tiny Town Vaughan.
Do you offer free internet to guests?
Yes, we have Wi-Fi available for the parents. Ask for the passcode from a staff member when you check in.
What if my child isn’t feeling well?
For the health and safety of our guests and staff we ask that you refrain from visiting our facility if you or your child is ill.
How many adults are allowed free admission with each child?
During our Drop-in-and-play days, each adult is $2 per visit.
Can I book additional time for my party?
Yes, we offer additional time (starting at $55/half hour). Ask a party host for specific rates.
